Has my order already been shipped?

  • Orders placed before 9:00 am will be shipped on the same day. If the order has been paid for in advance, it will be shipped on the day the money is received.

GERMANY (DHL Shipping)

  • Shipping within germany is 4,95€ (shipping free from order of 75€ within germany)
  • The delivery time is 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday). Deliveries may be delayed due to public holidays.

EUROPE (FedEx Shipping)

  • Shipping with the EU is 13,00€
  • The delivery time is 3-8 working days (Monday - Friday). Deliveries may be delayed due to public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL DHL

  • Shipping to other countries outside EU is 30,00€  
  • The delivery time is 10-15 working days (Monday - Friday). Deliveries may be delayed due to public holidays and customs clearance.

INTERNATIONAL FedEx

To which countries Gate delivers?

  • Gate delivers worldwide with the exception of Indonesia and the Philippines. (Please Note: some countries are temporarily excluded during the Corona/Covid-19 crisis - click here)
