Has my order already been shipped?

  • Orders placed before 9:00 am will be shipped on the same day. If the order has been paid for in advance, it will be shipped on the day the money is received.

GERMANY (DHL Shipping)

  • Shipping within germany is 4,95€ (shipping free from order of 75€ within germany)
  • The delivery time is 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday). Deliveries may be delayed due to public holidays.

EUROPE (FedEx Shipping)

  • Shipping within the EU is 13,00€
  • The delivery time is 3-8 working days (Monday - Friday). Deliveries may be delayed due to public holiday

UK (FedEx Shipping)

  • Shipping to UK is 19€. Please nite: Additional fees apply at the border.
  • The delivery time is 3-8 working days (Monday - Friday). Deliveries may be delayed due to public holiday

INTERNATIONAL DHL

  • Shipping to other countries outside EU is 30,00€  
  • The delivery time is 10-15 working days (Monday - Friday). Deliveries may be delayed due to public holidays and customs clearance.

INTERNATIONAL FedEx

  • the shipping cost depends on the weight and country. 
  • The delivery time is 2 - 5 working days (Monday - Friday). However, deliveries may be delayed due to holidays and customs clearance.

To which countries Gate delivers?

  • Gate delivers worldwide with the exception of Indonesia and the Philippines. (Please Note: some countries are temporarily excluded during the Corona/Covid-19 crisis - click here)

What are the shipping costs?

I am not at home during the day, can I have my order sent to another address?

  • Yes, you can have your order delivered to a different address, click on "different delivery address" while entering the address and enter the one you want us to ship to.

 

I've placed several orders. Can the orders be merged?
