I have received a defective item, how do I proceed?

  • If you have a defective item, please return it to us. You can get the return form from our customer service. Call them and they will send you an email with a printed return receipt. This service is currently only available in Germany. Please fill out the corresponding return form and enclose it with the return. Notes on the statutory warranty period:
  • There must be a material defect, i.e. the item must have a defect on delivery. This does not cover damage caused, for example, by incorrect handling.
  • If there is a material defect in the first 6 months, the legal presumption applies that the defect was already present at delivery and the seller is in the burden of proof.
  • After these 6 months the burden of proof changes and the customer has to prove that the defect was already present at the time of delivery. The buyer has a warranty claim for 18 months.
  • The buyer must grant the dealer/manufacturer a right of rectification (§ 439 BGB).

 

Can I get my money back?

  • Refund of purchase price and shipping costs in case of revocation:
  • We as a retailer are legally obliged to replace (exchange) or refund the purchase price within 30 days of receipt of the return. Experience has shown that this process only takes a week or less from the date of delivery to the shipping service. In individual cases or with an increased number of returns (e.g. after Christmas), however, we may not be able to meet our self-imposed standard of one week and in exceptional cases it may take up to 14 days. We ask for your understanding. Refunds are usually made using the original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Original Paypal payments will only be refunded to the same address.

Can I send goods back if I don't like them or if they don't fit? Where can I get a parcel stamp? How should the return be packaged?

  • If you do not like the ordered goods or they do not fit, you can send them back to us unworn and without defects. You can get the return form from our customer service. Call them and they will send you an email with a return form for you to print out. This service is currently only available in Germany. If you have opened our shipping carton properly, you will also find an adhesive strip on the underside of the lid with which you can reseal the package. All orders outside the EU must be returned at your own expense.

 

Can I exchange items?

  • If you should not like articles you can exchange them, as long as they are unworn and without defects. Simply fill in the return form, which you can find here to print out, the fields for exchange and search in our online shop for an item for exchange. You can get the return form from our customer service. Call them and they will send you an email with a return form for you to print out. This service is currently only available in Germany.  For the payment of the difference or for a possible reservation of an article please also contact our customer service.

 

How do I get a refund if I send something back? When will my return be refunded?

  • If the reclamation is successful, the purchase price will be refunded in full. The refund will be made in the same way as you paid, in case of doubt we will use the bank transfer.

 

I have received an item that differs from my order. What do I do now?

  • If you have received the wrong item or the wrong size, please return the unworn item to us. The return form can be obtained from our customer service. Call them and they will send you an email with a printout of the return form. This service is currently only available in Germany. If we still have the right item or size in stock, we will send it to you upon receipt of your return. Otherwise you will receive a full refund the same way you paid or by bank transfer.
