How can I pay?

• Our payment methods is Paypal. The purchase with Visa and Mastercard, on invoice, Sofortüberweisung/Klarna or cash on delivery is currently not possible.

How can I receive my order as soon as possible?

• Our shipping team works around the clock and tries to ship your order within the next working day, if this is not enough for you, you have the option to choose express shipping during checkout. To calculate the cost of express shipping, please enter the country of destination. 

Why can't I order on invoice?

• Since we cannot check your creditworthiness, it is unfortunately not possible for us to send you the goods on account. Due to the data protection we do not pass on your data to third parties.

How does the payment method with Sofortüberweisung work? (currently not available)

• Sofortüberweisung.de is a simple direct bank transfer system that allows you to transfer money directly from your account to our account. You don't have to register separately or enter account and credit card details. You will be redirected directly to the online banking of your bank and order with your own online banking access data and your TAN's the transfer. How does credit card payment work? (currently not available)

• For payment by credit card we cooperate with the service provider VR Pay. This offers the highest possible security standard with the 3-D Secure™ verfied by VISA® procedure or Mastercard® ID Check™ and SecureCode™ . You will be forwarded to VR Pay via a secure encrypted connection and enter your credit card details there. Depending on the bank a PIN, PIN+TAN or a verification via the Smartphone App of your bank or credit card institute is necessary. The shipping address and cardholder address must also be identical! After successful payment you will receive a payment confirmation.
